Year 11 Rugby Crowned Devon Plate Champions

Our Year 11 rugby team capped off a fantastic season by being crowned Devon Plate winners, triumphing against some of the strongest school sides in the county. Travelling to Plymouth for the competition, the squad showed determination, discipline, and real team spirit throughout the day.

After progressing through the earlier rounds with confident performances, the boys faced Exeter School in a highly competitive final. Both sides brought intensity and skill to the pitch, but our team rose to the occasion, delivering a composed and hard‑fought display to secure the win and lift the Devon Plate.

This achievement reflects not only the players’ talent but also their commitment to training, their resilience in tight moments, and the way they have grown together as a team. It was a proud moment for everyone involved.
