Writing Competition Success for Ava

Huge congratulations to Ava (year 10) who entered the Tales in the Dark creative writing competition run by the Queen's Theatre in Barnstaple.  She has won tickets to see the play and her story will be published in the North Devon Gazette.

This competition supports the theatre's release of The Woman in Black which will run from 28th October - 1st November.  Local writers were tasked with writing a spine-tingling ghost story of no more than 500 words.

Ava's entry is highly crafted and is an excellent example of her great writing skills.  We're very proud of Ava and hope she will go on to enter many more competitions!
