Outstanding Success in the UKMT Challenge

Our students have once again demonstrated exceptional mathematical talent in the recent UK Mathematics Trust (UKMT) competition. Out of the 60 pupils who took part, an impressive 43 earned awards, showcasing both their skill and their dedication to problem‑solving.

Even more remarkably, 7 students have been invited to take part in the prestigious Kangaroo follow‑on round, a testament to their high performance and sharp mathematical thinking.

A special congratulations goes to Kush and Will, who emerged as the top performers in this year’s challenge. Their achievement reflects not only natural ability but also consistent hard work and enthusiasm for mathematics.

To every student who participated — whether you earned an award, qualified for the next round, or simply challenged yourself with the competition — well done. Taking part in the UKMT is an achievement in itself, and we are incredibly proud of all of you.
