Devon Cup Winners: A Double Victory for Our Girls’ Football Teams

It was a day to remember in Newton Abbot as both our Under 13 and Under 15 girls’ football teams were crowned Devon Champions after two outstanding performances against Exmouth and Isca in their respective finals.

From the first whistle to the last, the girls showed exactly why they’ve been such a force all season — teamwork, determination, and a level of skill that has grown week by week. To come away as the best teams in Devon is an incredible achievement and a testament to their hard work, commitment, and passion for the game.

A special congratulations goes to Year 7 pupil Ava, who was awarded Player of the Match for her exceptional performance. A brilliant individual highlight on a day full of team triumphs.

This double victory is something the whole school community can be proud of. A massive well done to all the girls — your dedication has paid off, and you’ve made history together.
