Students Brew Up Support at School Football Matches
This afternoon, a group of incredible students showed the true meaning of community spirit by running a tea and coffee stand during our school football matches. With every steaming cup poured, they weren’t just serving refreshments—they were serving hope.
The stand was set up to raise funds for the family of a brave child in our community who has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour. Determined to make a difference, the students worked together with energy, kindness, and dedication, turning a simple idea into a powerful act of support.
Thanks to their efforts, £60 was raised in just one afternoon. The impact of this is is far greater—it represents compassion, solidarity, and the strength of young people rallying behind one of their own.
This initiative is a reminder that small actions can create big change. Every cup sold carried with it a message of care and encouragement, showing that when we come together, we can lift each other up in times of need.
We are incredibly proud of these students and grateful to everyone who stopped by the stand to contribute. Their kindness has brewed more than tea and coffee—it has brewed hope.
