Eco Club Helps Boost School Biodiversity
The school’s Eco Club has been hard at work this term, planting over one hundred crocus and daffodil bulbs in the new raised beds near Isaac Hall.
The project is another fantastic step towards enhancing the school environment and increasing biodiversity across the Academy grounds. In the months ahead, the colourful spring flowers will help create an attractive habitat for pollinators and provide a welcome burst of colour for everyone to enjoy.
A huge thank you goes to Andy, Steve and Clive, who built the new raised beds and made the project possible.
Well done to all members of the Eco Club for their enthusiasm and commitment to improving our school environment. Thanks to their efforts, we now have another area of the school that supports local wildlife and biodiversity.
We look forward to seeing the bulbs bloom next year! 🌱🌼👏
