Duke of Edinburgh Expedition

One of the hottest weekends of the year didn’t stop our incredible Year 11 students from completing their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh expedition with determination, teamwork, and plenty of smiles!

Armed with maps, backpacks, and gallons of water, the teams powered through the heat, navigating their routes with confidence and resilience. Along the way, a few well-earned ice creams provided a welcome treat, and despite some very sore feet, spirits remained high throughout.

Evening at the campsite were filled with laughter and camaraderie. A lively game of rounders brought everyone together, and each student cooked their own dinner like seasoned adventurers—impressive skills all round!

This expedition was a true test of endurance and teamwork, and our students rose to the challenge brilliantly. We’re incredibly proud of their effort, attitude, and achievement.
