The Aspire Sports Academy here at Braunton Academy was introduced in 2017 by Mr Frickleton (Head of Physical Education) and has been created to help students to fulfill their sporting potential by encouraging them to participate regularly in organised sport through expert tuition and coaching and by inspiring our students to aspire to be the very best they can be.

The Aspire Sports Academy offers aspiring sportsmen and women an opportunity to further develop their potential. It provides students of the Aspire Sports Academy with outstanding coaching, training and support both individually and as a team.

​

Students can combine their academic or vocational studies with participation in the Aspire Sports Academy allowing them to have a balance of academic study and sport whilst at Braunton Academy. Students will develop the skills they already have within a structured environment and additionally, they will be performing at district, county, regional and national level through a number of leagues and cup competitions.

​

Braunton Academy has had great success over the years, representing and along the way winning a variety of district, county and regional, national and international honors and we look forward to many more in the near future.
